I barely remember anything after getting on the bus last night, and after spending the day at the zoo, I didn't even make it through the first ten minutes of the movie tonight. Driving through the night has made the trip much more bearable for everyone (except maybe the bus drivers). Our students have done a phenomenal job this week of doing everything that was asked of them and more. We have not had any problems as we have traveled through cities and worked on various locations around the reservation. I would take these students with me anywhere. Each parent should be proud of your child(ren) this week, and be sure you tell them so because it will mean more to them than you will probably ever know.
According to our handy-dandy GPS, we should be back at the church by noon tomorrow. I will have the students give their parents a call when we are about two hours away so that we can be a little more specific about our arrival time. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to bringing your student with me on this trip. Everyone one of them contributed to this team, and it would not have been the same without them. Be sure to check back in the next couple of days to see some pictures from the Pow wow. God bless!
